Shop Foreman

As part of the Mazergroup team, the Shop Foreman role is to provide administrative support for the Service Team and quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner.  Shop Foreman responsibilities include workflow assignment, technician mentorship and efficiency improvement.

You'll be a match if you have...
  • A high level of mechanical/technical competence is required. This is a working foreman position.
  • Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or AG and/or equivalent experience and education can be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic – medium computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs to maneuver in/through/around equipment easily and safely
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors with have a tolerance to fumes or odors
  • Willing to obtain Forklift operations safety certificate
