WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?

The Jr IT Support Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing front-line IT Support for teammates at all 18 Mazergroup locations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The IT Support Specialist will ensure users receive high quality technical support including remote and on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) required
  •  Relevant experience combined with post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be an asset 
  • Experience in customer service or IT support role
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft MTA/MCSA considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Awareness of company Health and Safety guidelines and actively support and promote safety initiatives
