Reporting to the VP, Parts & Service, the Operations Administrator provides comprehensive administrative, marketing, reporting, and operational support to the Parts & Service team. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments, supports system training, assists with reporting and analytics, and supports Mazergroup with customer and community engagement initiatives.

What you will bring to us!
Minimum Grade 12; a university degree or college diploma combined with relevant experience
Dealership experience is preferred
Marketing knowledge and experience considered an asset
Parts or service related experience considered an asset
Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP) is an asset
